Witty one-liner goes here
Tuesday, June 4, 2019: As per my MO lately, I haven't finished this past week's challenge. All the face palms, I know. I have a serious accountability issue that I should quit apologizing for, because apparently, it's just who I am now. 🤦🏽♀ I promise, in a past life, I was a super responsible human being who was always early on practically EVERYTHING. I also promise that even though I suck at maintaining my Sunday posts with weekly sews, EVERYTHING on this challenge list will be done before this year is up. My goal is to squeeze out any that I miss during sews I already have planned for a win-win situation. It may not be right now, but I promise I will come back!
Anywho, now that we have acknowledged my tardiness, onto the announcement of this week's challenge. It's one of those things that can really be anything...well, because you can use scraps and make ANYTHING if you're really inventive. At this present moment, I have no real ideas, but I'm sure somethign will come to me. I'll be playing catchup on IG tomorrow, so maybe I'll find inspiration there. Toodles!
Thursday, June 13, 2019: This morning, I finished up my scrapbuster AND undies from Week 8. I knew I needed to get on it, but I wasn't sure which undie pattern my son would prefer. Turns out, he doesn't have a preference, so I will be adding a few of each. He still isn't potty training (just NOT interested at all), but I'm wanting to get prepared, anyway, and hopefully I can come across some fabric that entices him to care lol.
How cute are they in tiny sizes? The boxers are the Made by Jack's Mum Speedy Pants in 2T and the briefs are the Ladybug Undies from A Sparkly Baby in 18M. I made each pair based on his measurements and they fit well. Both were super quick sews and literally took scraps from my stash, so I didn't even have to cut into new fabric. That's what I call a scrap buster! So glad to check this off of my list.
